14/01/08: Mobile IQ delivers E4 Mobile
TV channel E4 has launched an innovative and interactive mobile site using Fabric™ from Mobile IQ
Aiming at their key audience of 16-34s, E4 wanted their mobile site to be irreverent, quirky and fun. Their objective was to offer a highly interactive site where users could engage with the E4 brand and TV shows.
Fabric™ from Mobile IQ has allowed E4 to push the boundaries of interactive features on mobile including becoming an early adopter of user generated comment (UGC) functionality. Users are able to rate content and upload comments as well as contribute to polls.
Alongside this, E4 mobile is a place for users to watch clips from E4 shows, personalise their phones with content from their favourite shows and catch up on the latest celebrity gossip.
As well as delivering a cross-operator mobile site, Fabric™ has allowed E4 the flexibility of a part ad-funded, part premium model.
